Dan Clark

Dan Clark is an Entrepreneur, Founder and CEO of a multi-million dollar international communications company; High Performance Business Coach; University Professor; Alumnus of the University of Utah (Psychology); Host of ‘Power Players’ Podcast; Gold Record Songwriter; Film Maker; an Award Winning Athlete who fought his way back from a paralyzing injury that cut short his football career; New York Times Best Selling Author of 35 books including The Art of Significance-Achieving The Level Beyond Success; and a primary contributing author to the Chicken Soup for the Soul series. 

In 1982, Dan was named an Outstanding Young Man In America, was soon sponsored into the National Speakers Association by world renown motivational teacher Zig Ziglar and has since spoken to more than 6000 audiences, to over 5 million people, in 71 countries, on 6 continents, to most of the Fortune 500, Super Bowl Champions, NASA, Million Dollar Round Table, the United Nations, and multiple times to our combat troops in Iraq, Afghanistan, Europe, Asia and Africa. 

In 2005, Dan was inducted into the Professional Speakers Hall of Fame; and has been named one of the Top Ten Motivational Speakers in the World.

Clark’s inspiring life includes soaring to the edge of space in a U2 Spy Plane;  flying fighter jets with the Air Force Thunderbirds;  racing automobiles at Nurburgring and dogsleds in the Arctic;  winning the prestigious Hamilton Island Sailing Regatta in Australia;  serving on the Olympic Committee and carrying the Olympic Torch in the Winter Games;  serving on the International Board of Governors of Operation Smile;  serving as a Pentagon Appointee with the Secretary of the Air Force on the National Civic Leaders Board;  and being named 2012 Utah Father of the year.

Paul Feldman

Paul Feldman is founder and CEO of one of the largest B2B media companies in the US insurance and financial services industry. With over 29 years of industry and media experiences, Paul works with and consults some of the world's largest insurance companies and marketing organizations. Paul's main passion is in the art and science of advertising, marketing, and sales. His organization is hailed as one of the leading influencers in the insurance marketing space with a community over 2 million insurance agents in the US at his reach.

 

Gregg Brooks

Gregg celebrated his 40th year in the insurance industry in 2020, half of that time spent working with his own company, Worldwide Benefit Services (WBS). Gregg founded WBS in 1999 as an effort to create a company that specializes in creating, designing, marketing, and wholesaling non-insurance service products. WBS created IDTheft Assist, a comprehensive restoration service for identity theft victims that is now part of the largest identity theft program in the country servicing over 20 million subscribers. Today, Gregg will be giving a talk entitled, ID Theft and Data Breach: 2020 and Beyond.

A proud graduate of the University of Kentucky, Gregg worked for a number of other well-known insurance organizations before branching out to develop and run his own. Gregg served in a number of various roles in order to learn about the insurance business working as an agent, manager, and a Senior Vice President before becoming the Founder and Principal of his own company. Previous companies he has worked with include the Connecticut Mutual Life Insurance Co., Provident Life and Accident, and the National insurance Agency.

Aside from his own professional endeavors, Gregg is enthusiastically passionate and involved in other areas of the insurance industry and altruistically devotes his time to making the industry a better world for all involved. His services within the insurance industry include:

Dick Weber

Dick Weber is President and primary consultant for The Ethical Edge, Inc., providing fee-only analytics and consulting services to family offices and high net worth individuals. For 25 years a successful life insurance agent and 20-year life member of the Million Dollar Round Table, he joined Merrill Lynch Insurance Group, and from late-1993 to early 1996 was Vice President and Manager of Client Education and Field Development. For his two year "tour" in upper management with a life insurance carrier, his responsibilities included developing communication programs which enhance client understanding of insurance products and reconcile product performance against product expectations. Following this engagement, he was a co-developer of Dynamic Insurance Solutions and Historic Variability Module – computer-based tools that have begun to revolutionize the way advisors and their clients view life insurance products.

Dick holds an M.B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley with a specialty in Insurance and Finance. He was designated a Chartered Life Underwriter in 1974 by the American College.
Among his various teaching activities, Dick served for 11 years as an Instructor of Insurance at the University of California at Berkeley's Program in Personal Financial Planning and from 1993 through 1998 served as Adjunct Professor of Ethics at the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pa. He currently serves as Adjunct Professor of Risk and Insurance in California Lutheran University’s MBA program.

His book, Revealing Life Insurance Secrets: How the Pros Pick, Design, and Evaluate their Own Policies, is published by Marketplace Books and is directed at advisors and financial service professionals. His most recent publication, co-written with Christopher Hause, FSA, MAAA, is Life Insurance as an Asset Class - A Value-added Component of an Asset Allocation, was honored with a 2008 Best Paper Award from the Academy of Financial Services. Hause and Weber published a second volume in the Asset Class series - “Managing a Valuable Asset” - in December 2010.

Dick Weber was the Society of Financial Service Professional’s Kenneth Black, Jr. Leadership Award recipient for 2008 in recognition of his “... exemplary leadership qualities and significant contributions to the fulfillment of the Society’s core values of ethic, education, and relationships.” In 2009, Dick was elected to the NAEPC Estate Planning Hall of Fame and selected to receive the Distinguished Accredited Estate Planner award and designation for “... significant and outstanding lifetime achievements and contributions to the practice and profession of estate planning.”

Dick served as the 2012-2013 President of the Society of Financial Service Professionals.
